Forgiveness

It was getting dark and we were asked to take a piece of paper and write a letter to anyone we chose. We were supposed to write to them telling how sorry we were or that we forgive them for whatever it was that they might of done. I decided to write mine to many people. They told us that these letters would not be read by anyone but ourselves so we could write what ever we needed to. In the end we would all gather together and burn the letters. This was supposed to be a way to destress us and to possibly lift certain burdens off our shoulders. As the letters burned we would say a small prayer, asking God for his forgiveness.

So i began to write to all those I had hurt in my life, most importantly my parents. My heart began racing and my hands quivering. I didn't know how to put my thoughts in words, let alone down on this piece of paper. The lights were dimmed and the room was silent. At certain corners i would hear others that were writing their letters began crying. That is when all emotions ran through me. I realized that these kids were taking this so seriously, so I dug deep inside and wrote what ever popped into my head.

Over half of the paper was me yelling at all those who hurt me. I didn't know that this was going to touch my heart the way it did. I was able to put words on this paper that i would never in my life be brave enough to say to that person. All i know is that, that night i became closer to God. With every tear i shed while writing that letter was for ever person that i hurt, or who has caused pain on me.

In the end when i was looking over my letter i realised that now the things i was so mad about, didn't seem like such a big deal. I forgave and know i was forgiven.

red dress

There you hang on the back of my closet door, still in the bag. Your bright hue of vibrant red shines through like the sun peaking out behind the clouds. You sit there and taunt me. You are only a size 4, that of which only a few days ago I could fit into. This weekend I plan on making you fit. No matter what I have to do you will fit. You are not the best thing I have ever seen, but you are pretty. I plan to wear you on May 1st 2010. For one night, and one night only. I hope you are ready, because this night will hopefully be a night that I never forget.

The Art of Chaos

Chaos in the world brings uneasiness, but it also allows the opportunity for creativity and growth. Our real discoveries come from chaos, from going to the place that looks wrong and stupid and foolish. We only consider this world chaotic because it is changing faster than we are. It produces confusion in our minds, and mixed emotions in our hearts. We don't know what to believe anymore. We have thoughts of total randomness, which is consistent in chaos; it has a negative consistency which makes it completely predictable. So is everything really chaotic or are we all just a little nutzz?!

My goals

Goals are what we should always set for our self...Goals and Standards.
My goal for this year is to just have the time of my life.
I want to hit a home run, fall in love, make good grades, and good choices.
As most people would notice, the goals i set for myself are all short term. It is plain and simple,I'm just a kid. Tis true that in about 3 months I will be a full on Senior in high school, but right now i am still at that point where I'm just trying to live care free. I plan on having fun with every aspect of my life, whether it have to do with school, sports, or even relationships. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm not ready to grow up, and i don't think that I ever will be. Right now I plan to keep my Goals simple and my Standards low. In the long run this might not be the smartest idea, but honestly I like how it is going so far. Never mess with a good thing! (:

Friends

Some people make your laugh a little louder, your smile a little brighter, and your life a little better. These people i call my friends. A brunette and a blonde with an inseperable bond. Me and my girls are the best, honestly I wouldnt settle for anything less. I dont expect any of them to be faultless, because I only hope they accept mine.

Summer!!!

All I need is a warm sandy beach to sink my toes into, a fairly long beach towel, tanning lotion, a cute bathing suit, my sunglasses, some music, and my bestfriend. Sitting there under the sun, sharing laughs and making memories.
Wearing our Tank tops and flip flops
Blue skies, Hot guys
Late nights,Water fights
Bathing suits, popsicle fruits
Sleeping in and sneaking out
It's Party time, lets go schools out!
I just can't wait for summer 2010!

Rain

There are those certain days when all you want to do is have fun. To me fun can be found in almost any activity. As long as you are willing to make it fun. Almost like saying look at the glass as half full instead of half empty. Optimism is the key. A day when the clouds where blacker than coal and the wind with its suttle bite, we decided to go play some softball. Our coach was reluctant, but we persuaded him that it could be done. The rain began to hit our faces making it hard to see. Our coach would repetitively ask us if we wanted to quite. In all honesty playing softball in the rain is the funnest thing I have done with my teammates all year. We slid in the mud and basically took our misfortune and made it a day to remember.
