Summer

The Smell of baby oil
The warmth sun against my skin
Never leaving the house without my sunglasses
Driving around with the windows down
Blasting music on my iPod
The smell of freshly cut grass
Spending nights under the stars
Picnics under my favorite shade tree
Enjoying life
yepp thats summer and only 19 more days until it begins for me!!

Being a Kid

I miss Being a Kid...

 Everything in life was interesting

 I could act silly without anyone making fun of me
 When it was my birthday i felt like a princess
 My best friend and I played barbies
 Boys still had cooties
 Everything was simple
There was no drama
 I believed in the tooth fairy, Santa Clause, and the Easter Bunny
 I was care free
 I was always happy
 My Imagination was my best friend
 there was so much innocence

I.Ms. Texts. Facebook Chat. E-mails. Blogs.

I recieve all kinds of wrtitings everyday. Most are filled with memories and jokes that I will want to keep forever...Others are of hateful words or those writen with no meaning behind them. They are almost always deleted.

I dont want to have to remember all the broken promises written so I semply hit the red "X" and it is like all my worries go away....For that short moment.

A Much Needed Break

The Love we have for you Grandad will never fade away,
We'll think of you our special friend through each passing day.
When we walk into the room and see your empty chair,
Although we know you are resting we still feel your presence there.
The memories of your laughter, your warm and loving smile,
Your eyes so full happiness, your heart that of a child.
Memories are forever be they laughter or of tears,
Memories we will treasure through all our passing years.
You should know they are ones ill keep forever. 


You left this world today grandad and  in your last breath..you looked straight up to the heavens and 
and never turned back! It is so touching to hear your last words were "wow" It gives me hope of a place better than here. I know now that you are up in heaven driving your truck and hangin with Jesus. I just want you to know that I will NEVER forget you and you hold a special place in my heart. I love you Pa and say hi to my other grandad for me. Rest in peace Robert Ewing Leach.
